Bead Blasting

At CES, we use only the best medium on the market. Our systems can apply very low pressure and maintain a very uniform texture. We blast quartz, molybdenum grids/plates, stainless steel shielding, quartz liners, and ceramic parts.

Thermal Arc Spray

At CES, we provide a variety of thermal arc spraying to give you a protective coating or a coating to help with adhesion for process-deposited material.

• We can spray uniform coatings to any metal surface
• When this process is used on shielding for process equipment, yields will increase and the cost of maintenance will drop
• The wear rate will decrease on shielding and parts that have been coated
• We can spray a variety of materials, including stainless steel, copper, high and low carbon steel, and a wide range of exotic materials
