Plasma lens assemblies

CES manufactures grids for etch- and deposition-type systems, and we also handle the ongoing upkeep and rebuilding of these assemblies. We manufacture all the components ourselves, and we maintain a very controlled process. We put together new assemblies and rebuilds at our San Jose facility. Our raw molybdenum has been manufactured to our specifications by the same foundry for eight years.

Our ability to deliver an excellent turn-around time on our services is a result of successfully supplying our customers for eleven years. CES has one of the fastest turn-around times in the industry for its products. We manufacture a variety of off-the-shelf assemblies and we can provide custom-designed plasma assemblies as well.

Quartz 

CES provides quartz for plasma sources, including products such as liners and diffusers as well as small components like plasma breakers and viewport windows. We can reduce your production costs by repairing damaged quartz. All of our cylinder products are made from GE quartz.

Ceramics

CES provides some of the best ceramics available. We can make in-house prototype parts from many types of material,  and we can also supply large production needs. Whether it's a fast turn-around prototype part or thousands of production-ready parts, CES can provide the ceramics that you need.

Small-component manufacturing

CES can provide whatever type of small components you need, from PBN assemblies for etch systems to target insulating bushing assemblies. We supply products such as filament and non-filament PBN assemblies as separate items or in ready-to-use kits. CES manufactures many types of small products used in production equipment.

Specialty products provided by CES

CES can provide all the fasteners used in your fab, and we can save you money in the process. We supply vented fasteners and those with plated finishes such as silver and copper. We vent our own products and pass along the savings. We also have the ability to make any number of turned screw products.
