HISTORY
CES has been partnering with customers for more than 14 years. San Jose California native William (Bill) Alexander and North Carolina native Vicki Alexander jointly founded the company in 1998. Mr. Alexander brought with him decades of experience with Veeco, MKS Instruments, and other equipment manufacturers. Mrs. Alexander's background includes extensive experience with business development and corporate administration. From its inception, the company's goal has been to provide honest products and service for our customers at a fair price.

Business Units

Machining and cleanroom assembly: CES manufactures and assembles critical components used in process equipment.

Custom and proto-type development: We provide fast, expert turn-arounds for proto-type products and in-house design.

 

Metal machining: CES machines molybdenum, stainless, and many exotic hard metals.

 

Ceramic manufacturing: CES supplies manufacturers with a wide array of ceramics, including components designed specifically for your equipment.

 

Quartz fabrication and refurbishment: CES fabricates many types of quartz products for use in process equipment. Our quartzware ranges from small components, viewports, and plates to large 400mm diameter tubing for source liners. CES uses the best raw quartz material on the market for our products. We also repair quartz and provide cleaning services for quartz products.

Hardware and fasteners: CES provides manufacturing groups with a comprehensive selection of hardware, both standard and custom, for use in process equipment. We can deliver small or large quantities, including plated and vented hardware. Our ability to vent hardware in-house enables us to supply production lines with quality products on our customers' schedules. All of our hardware and fasteners are delivered clean, packaged for cleanrooms, and ready for use in process equipment.
